Charlie is a Partner with AGC Partners out of the Firm’s Boston office. Charlie has over 14 years of experience in technology focused investment banking having joined AGC as an Analyst. Charlie has advised on over 50 closed transactions, ranging from sell-side M&A to equity and debt financings. Charlie has led deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the Technology landscape and focuses on Hospitality / Travel, Restaurant, Built Ecosystem, and broader Vertical software / SaaS applications. Charlie holds a B.A. cum laude in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Middlebury College.
