Marijoy Bertolini Bio

Marijoy is the Vice President of Talent & HR at Aeris Partners, where she leads recruiting, talent strategy and development, and people operations. Prior to Aeris, Marijoy was the Vice President of People & Culture at Lexington Medical, Inc., a global medical device startup. She also has held senior HR leadership positions in the biotechnology, high tech, and financial services industries. Marijoy graduated with a BA in Biology and Psychology from the University of Rochester and a certificate of Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
