Ben is a Vice President with Aeris Partners. Ben has more than eight years of software industry and M&A experience. Prior to joining Aeris, Ben was VP, Finance and Strategic Planning at Ruby, a PE-backed, tech-enabled services company. Prior to Ruby, Ben was an Associate with Piper Sandler’s Technology Investment Banking group, and previously, an Associate with Duff and Phelps’ Valuation Advisory Services practice.
