Kevin Meade Bio

Kevin Meade is the Chief Compliance Officer of Aegis Capital. He is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient both for the Broker-Dealer and the Registered Investment Advisory. Mr. Meade has more than 13 years of experience in the securities industry including positions in supervision and compliance. Having worked with the firm for over a decade he has come to know the various departments, branches, representatives and staff that make up Aegis. Kevin graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a major in multidisciplinary studies and a minor in business management.
