Isaac L. Eide is the Head of Global Investment Banking and a Managing Director at Aegis Capital Corp. since 2019. Mr. Eide leads the team that works with privately-held and publicly-traded emerging growth and middle-market companies to raise capital and advise on corporate finance transactions. Aegis has been responsible for successfully sourcing, structuring and completing capital market transactions in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, energy and financial services sectors for emerging growth issuers with total transaction volume in excess of $55 billion. Mr. Eide specializes in Initial Public Offerings, Follow-On Offerings, PIPE’s/Private Placements and other Cross Border Transactions.
