Bio

Yasmin focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance consulting. Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2021, Yasmin was an investment banking associate in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in a variety of verticals including transportation, manufacturing, and professional business services. Her other professional work experiences include investment banking at JP Morgan Chase and 4 years at GE Aviation as a manufacturing engineer focused on assembly and test of military helicopter engines. Yasmin graduated from Boston University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Yasmin holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA, SIPC.
