Josh is a co-founder and Senior Principal of AEC Advisors LLC. Josh's entire career has been dedicated to the AEC industry, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capitalization, internal stock valuation, and ownership transition issues. Josh is also a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars. Prior to forming AEC Advisors LLC, Josh was a Senior Vice President at EFCG, where he had worked for 11 years. Josh graduated from Harvard University and played varsity soccer.
