Bio

Joe is a co-founder and Principal of AEC Advisors LLC. Throughout Joe's career, he has focused on corporate finance, investment analysis, mergers & acquisitions and financial sponsor advisory. Prior to forming AEC Advisors LLC, Joe worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, an investment associate at a family office, and a Capital Markets Analyst at CIT Group. ​ Joe graduated from Columbia University (MS in Operations Research) and Case Western University (BSE in Mechanical Engineering and BA in Philosophy). He was also the varsity captain of the Case Western tennis team.
