Bio

Andrej is a co-founder and President of AEC Advisors LLC. Andrej has spent over two decades serving clients in the AEC industry, providing corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions advice (over 130 completed AEC industry transactions throughout his career), as well as private equity capital raising, internal stock valuations, benchmarking, and other financial advisory services. He has advised CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors of over 500 AEC firms around the world. Prior to forming AEC Advisors LLC, Andrej was the Managing Director and head of M&A and Valuations at EFCG, where he had worked for 22 years. Prior to EFCG, Andrej worked at Salomon Brothers, a major investment banking firm at the time. Andrej has an MBA from Columbia University and received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University.
