Sébastien started his career among a major Anglo-Saxon strategy consulting firm before joining Advancy in 2000. Specialised in process industries (eg mining, metallurgy and materials) and manufactured products, Sébastien conducted numerous missions of strategic repositioning, reconfiguration of sales and marketing organisations and performance improvement of innovation and development process for global corporations. Sébastien also supports private equity funds in the analysis and optimiaation of their investments in industrial sector.
