Okan is a Director at GP Bullhound, focusing primarily on M&A and Capital Raise transactions for technology companies. With over ten years of investment banking experience, Okan has executed over 20 successful transactions across the US and Europe in the Ad-tech, Software, Digital Services, and Digital Media sectors.Before joining the firm, Okan was a consultant in the Bay Area, working on technology projects at Fortune 500 companies. Okan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent University.
