Tom Holland, an executive advisor with ADI Analytics and Principal at Holland Associates, Intl has worked in the oilfield for most of his adult career. Starting in the oilfields of Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico Holland learned the business starting from the grass roots. Employed by Caterpillar for 35 years, Holland was responsible for marketing to the US region and later became director of the Global Petroleum Business Unit with worldwide responsibility. Holland has also served as chairman of the Associates Advisory Board of the AESC (Assn of Oilwell Servicing Contractors) ,on the board of PESA (Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Assn), IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors), NOIA (National Ocean Industries Assn) and SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineering), and MTS (Marine Technology Society). He also spent 10 years as Director of the Offshore and Marine market segments at MAN Diesel & Turbo before starting this consulting business. Holland graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Management from Tennessee Technological University with graduate work in Business Administration.
