Roy Hartstein is an executive advisor with ADI Analytics and President and CEO of Responsible Energy Solutions, LLC. Hartstein holds an MBA in Finance and BSCE in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Roy is an accomplished leader with a demonstrated history of building highly successful teams. As a business acumen, he has experience ranging across diverse responsibilities in the energy industry, from exploration/production to natural gas transmission including technical operations, corporate responsibility and environmental initiatives. He also successfully developed and implemented a freshwater neutral initiative, developed methane mitigation strategies and chemical management efforts that delivered a responsible approach to energy development. Roy is also a Chairman of the International Gas Union (IGU) Group of Experts on Methane Emissions and a Member of Board of Directors, Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America.
