Amir Tayebi Bio

Amir specialises in working with founders, shareholders and management teams of private companies, advising on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has worked on numerous transactions ranging from raising growth capital and bank debt to selling businesses. In addition, he is an investor in various private companies. Before joining ASA, Amir worked for a family office of a major European industrial family, based in Geneva, Switzerland. A graduate of Cass Business School, Amir is also an avid tennis player and classical pianist.
