Steve has wide experience of advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fund raisings, joint ventures and restructurings, with a track record in the healthcare, education, technology and renewable energy sectors. Steve frequently works with client companies in a non-executive capacity to provide commercial and strategic support and recent appointments have included working with an electronics payments company from first stage equity raise through to product commercialisation and a full institutional fund raising. Steve was a co-founder of Acuity Law in 1999, and in his capacity as managing partner guided the business from a 2 partner start up to a 60 plus employee firm and one that is recognised as a leading corporate and real estate advisory firm. Before Acuity, Steve trained at Herbert Smith and was a corporate partner with Eversheds.
