Mr. Paul Hajek, Managing Director of ACT Capital Advisors, has 16 years of experience helping owners of lower middle market companies to achieve exponential growth, exit their companies successfully, and reach their personal goals. He works with clients in many industries, assuring that they can sell their companies for the maximum price on the best possible terms. Along with being an M&A Advisor, Paul also owns and operates Synergy Business Development; a business coaching and consulting firm that provides business valuation, strategic planning, and exit/succession planning & implementation services to lower middle market companies. Paul is an experienced business owner who has acquired, built, and sold several companies using his personal funds in the past. In his earliest career, Paul worked at NASA as a Physicist and a Project Manager. Paul holds an MBA from San Jose State University, CA, a MS in Optics from University of Rochester, NY, and a BS in Physics from Michigan State University. He holds Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC), Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA) designations and teaches M&A courses to MBA students at Gonzaga University. Paul is fluent in Czech and English. He resides with his family near Spokane, WA.
