Mr. Paschall, Managing Director of ACT Capital Advisors, has 50 years of experience as a business leader, corporate executive, business founder, investment banker, and executive coach and mentor. He started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and was previously Managing Director with a national U.S. based middle market investment bank executing capital-formation deals, buy-side deals, and sell-side deals. He has a broad and deep background in construction, food processing, the agricultural supply chain, and government contracting. Neil graduated from San Francisco State University, magna cum laude, with a degree in International Finance. He also attended executive education courses at Stanford University on Negotiations and Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Cryptocurrencies. Neil and his wife Patti live high in the Sierra Nevada mountains at Shaver Lake, California where they enjoy long mountain hikes, pristine mountain lakes, and the serine natural beauty of the evergreen forest.
