Kenneth Johnson is currently a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors. He has led and managed many complex transactions and advised Boards of Directors and Senior Executive Leaders for over twenty-five years. Ken’s significant transaction experience is highly diversified, having handled matters in such industries as Private Equity, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Professional Services, Technology, and Transportation and Logistics. He has been a trusted Business Senior Advisor to Fortune 500, middle-market, and early-stage companies. Before joining ACT, Ken held leadership positions within the consulting arms of IBM, PwC, CSC, and, most recently, Element 78 Partners. Ken earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. In addition, Ken has served on several Advisory Boards, including Virtus Insurance, LLC and Agile Edge Health, LLC. Ken currently lives in Chicago, Illinois, and his hobbies include cycling, hockey, and playing local golf tournaments.
