Jeff Jones, Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, brings a wealth of expertise honed through senior leadership in private and public business services enterprises. With a career marked by insightful strategy and a deep understanding of the lower middle market, Jeff plays a pivotal role in identifying value creation for businesses transitioning to a successful exit. Before joining ACT Capital Advisors, Jeff served as CEO in multiple lower middle market companies, showcasing a prowess for quickly navigating complex business challenges. His journey began with over two decades as a senior executive at Cintas (CTAS), a Fortune 500 business services enterprise. Jeff has extensive experience with business services delivered in a branch network: uniforms, facility services, restroom products, construction services, cold storage, fire safety, portable trailers, chemical toilets, and backup power. Jeff’s business proficiency spans diverse domains – from “sitting in the chair” as CEO, mergers and acquisitions to sales, marketing, and operations. His knack for enhancing processes and optimizing operational efficiency through highly engaged teams, has consistently propelled companies to higher valuations. Jeff attended Baldwin Wallace University on a Chick Evans Caddy Scholarship. While no longer a scratch golfer, he and his wife Monica share a love for golf, adventure, travel, and basically being brand ambassadors for Peloton. Jeff and Monica have four adult children and a granddaughter and live in Seattle, Washington.
