Tami Fratis is a seasoned investor and senior executive with extensive experience spanning various business life cycles, from startups to buyouts. With Ivy League credentials and a diverse background, she has managed private equity funds, a global fund-of-funds, and a family office. Tami has held leadership roles in multiple venture-backed companies, including CEO and COO positions, where she spearheaded growth strategies and executed successful acquisitions. Throughout her career, Tami has demonstrated a track record of managing complex initiatives and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional results. She has served on over 30 boards, ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises, and has been recognized for her leadership and strategic expertise. Tami’s professional journey includes stints at Safeguard Scientifics, where she played a pivotal role in growing the private funds from $33MM to over $1B under management. In addition to her investment endeavors, she holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Tami has served on various non-profit and for-profit boards and has leveraged her expertise to support organizations with a global focus. Currently, Tami serves as the CEO of Wrkfloz, providing interim guidance on operations, capital raising, and board governance. She implements an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) structure to drive efficiency and accountability across the companies she works with, delivering exceptional results and driving sustainable growth.
