Tami Fratis is a seasoned investor and senior executive with extensive experience spanning various business life cycles, from startups to buyouts. With Ivy League credentials and a diverse background, she has managed private equity funds, a global fund-of-funds, and a family office. Tami has held leadership roles in multiple venture-backed companies, including CEO and COO positions, where she spearheaded growth strategies and executed successful acquisitions. Throughout her career, Tami has demonstrated a track record of managing complex initiatives and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional results. She has served on over 30 boards, ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises, and has been recognized for her leadership and strategic expertise. Tami’s professional journey includes stints at Safeguard Scientifics, where she played a pivotal role in growing the private funds from $33MM to over $1B under management. In addition to her investment endeavors, she holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Tami has served on various non-profit and for-profit boards and has leveraged her expertise to support organizations with a global focus. Currently, Tami serves as the CEO of Wrkfloz, providing interim guidance on operations, capital raising, and board governance.
