Ronald E. Huff, CPA – Mr. Huff is an experienced financial expert who has served as Chief Financial Officer, SVP of Finance, or President for several companies during his career. Ron has numerous financial leadership accomplishments including taking two companies public, raising close to two billion dollars in public and private debt and equity transactions, and negotiating, closing and integrating three dozen M&A transactions. Other career highlights include managing a Goldman Sachs start up, working with a Silicon Valley backed technology growth company, and being the expat CFO for the National Oil Company of Trinidad & Tobago, charged with restructuring their international finance facilities during the oil price crash. Mr. Huff formed his own boutique private equity firm advising family offices on investment alternatives and advises mature and early-stage companies in energy, chemicals, technology, crypto currency, health care and other services. He has served on several Boards of Directors as a financial expert. Mr. Huff has advised various stakeholders during his career, including international bond investors, the World Bank, rating agencies, the International Monetary Fund, the Government of Trinidad & Tobago, private equity, the financial press and others using his financial modeling skills and ability to simplify and articulate complex financial alternatives. Mr. Huff holds a Certificate of Public Accounting License in Texas, graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and currently resides in The Woodlands, TX.
