Paul Humphreys, Managing Director with ACT Capital Advisors, brings extensive leadership experience to public and private companies. He’s served in CEO, president, senior business, and product development roles. Paul has been involved in a range of buy and sell-side transactions, including for his own business, allowing him to offer unique and valuable insights to his ACT clients. From an industry perspective, Paul’s career has focused on power electronics, contract manufacturing, transportation and logistics, renewable energy, and clean technology. Growing up in the United Kingdom, Paul’s career began through a scholarship program with the Royal Air Force. He earned a commission before indulging his passion for flying. Now, he combines his aviation interests with a host of other activities while living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and family.
