Bio

Hardy Lipscomb serves as a Managing Director for the ACT Capital Advisors, helping businesses in Southern California achieve a successful exit. Hardy is an experienced sales and business development leader with over 20 years and 100 partnerships and acquisitions under his belt. Hardy’s experience includes developing high performing partner ecosystems from the ground up and leading Business Development teams that have delivered industry leaders such as SAP, Cisco Systems, Accenture, and Rimini Street acquisitions resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Hardy’s priorities are his customers priorities. He draws from a multi-disciplined background that includes consulting, sales, marketing, strategic alliances and business development to create optimal outcomes for his clients. Prior to joining ACT, Mr. Lipscomb served as Head of Strategic Alliances and Business Development for Rimini Street, the leader in independent software support services. While there, Hardy architected, developed, and led the Strategic Alliances and Business Development function. Prior to that Hardy was with SAP where he developed international Bus. Dev. expertise and before that Cisco Systems where his team advised on over 30 M&A deals in ten years. HIs early career was as a consultant at Accenture and in sales and marketing at Tandem Computers. Hardy earned his MBA at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in Entrepreneurial Studies and innovation. Hardy loves technology and holds a patent in enhanced real-time messaging which he developed while at SAP. Hardy is passionate about and committed to helping business owners maximize the value of their business exit.
