Werner Barnard Bio

Werner Barnard is an Operating Partner at Acresis and based in northern New Jersey / Greater NYC area. Werner is currently engaged as Founder & CEO of Semper Solutions, a high touch strategy and advisory consulting firm. Focused on the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Talent & Technology Transformation business disciplines, Semper has achieved significant success in advising multiple clients and founders on growth, offshoring and investor relations. Prior to Semper, Werner held various leadership roles at leading global organizations such as IBM, Adecco and Lightcast, and prior to that, in South Africa, as CEO of local MSP & RPO leader ADfusion (now talentCRU), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adcorp Holdings, Africa’s largest staffing and human capital company. Werner is an avid tennis player, holds an M.B.A. from Heriot Watt University (Edinburg Business School), is a non-practicing lawyer and an accredited professional manager.
