Bio

Peter Kuhlmann has been an investment banker since 1986. He is principally involved with business service transactions and has initiated and completed assignments in a wide variety of industries. Peter has created concepts, raised capital, and partnered management with capital to launch new companies or take existing businesses to an entirely new level. He is a specialist in the human capital management and staffing sectors and has been closely involved with the formation and early growth of ten human capital management organizations which became nationally or internationally prominent. Peter co-founded Acquest in 1993 after serving as managing director responsible for North America for Translink, a Swiss M&A concern. In addition to his 30+ years M&A experience, Peter has been an investor and executive in several successful young growth companies ranging from optical imaging to on-line financial news. He is a director of several private companies and has served on the boards of two public companies. Peter is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
