Dennis has over 25 years’ experience in entertainment investment banking. He previously worked at Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group where he provided strategic and financial advice to companies on corporate restructurings covering various industries including media and entertainment, gaming, consumer, and retail. Dennis also worked for Lehman brothers in their Media & Entertainment Investment Banking Group where he advised media & entertainment companies on strategic initiatives. His transactions include; Endemol, Yell Group, Independent News & Media, and Regency Entertainment. Dennis has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of British Colombia and a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University.
