Richard Scott is a Partner at Accuracy. He specialises in providing advice to owners and contractors delivering major infrastructure programmes. He has advised on some of the most complex and significant programmes in recent years. Richard has more than 20 years’ experience with construction contractors and management consultants in the UK, Russia and Southeast Asia. His experience covers both public and private sectors and spans across industries. He spent 12 years in Hong Kong managing the construction of rail, road and port projects, before joining PwC in 2006, where he grew PwC’s capital projects advisory business, leading its focus in the transport sector. Richard has overseen the set-up of a number of iconic projects as well as having undertaken high-profile turnarounds of projects that have suffered cost and time overruns.
