Ariail is a Director at 7 Mile Advisors and leads the firm's communication and sales strategy, in addition to managing internal process and procedure improvements. Ariail was an integral part in the development of the Sales & Marketing team, which transitioned the firm from a traditional IB structure to one with a centralized business development, sponsor coverage and marketing function. Today she manages this centralized team which drives success for 7 Mile and their clients. BA Psychology – Clemson University; MA Marketing – Savannah College of Art and Design. Ariail is also a host on "Deal Us In", a monthly podcast that promotes the advancement of women in private equity and finance.
