William Steagall Bio

Founding partner of 44 Capital, Guilherme has more than 27 years of experience in the financial market, including stints at Morgan Stanley (NY and SP) and Banco Fator, having developed great expertise in corporate finance advisory, relationship management with national and multinational clients and foreign investors, management of the most diverse and complex M&A and capital market transactions. Guilherme has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-São Paulo and an MBA in General Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, in addition to extensive executive training in Negotiation, obtained at Harvard Business School, Harvard Negotiation Institute and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard LawSchool. He serves as a board member of public companies in Brazil.
