Fernando Ruiz Bio

Fernando Ruiz began his career at Osram Sylvania Inc. in the international trade area in 1998. In 1999 he went to Bradesco BBI and Bradesco SA CTVM as co-responsible for the legal department and responsible for the structured transactions area, having originated and executed more than 12 capital market operations including cancellation of registrations, IPOs, special auctions and concession and privatization auctions. In 2003, he joined Interamericana Ltda as a consultant responsible for executing financial structuring and special projects for family offices. In 2004, he participated in the formation of Aggrego Consultores acting as a consultant responsible for M&A, funding and business development for local and foreign clients. As a financial advisor, he coordinated several transactions and fundraising. In financial advisory mandates he coordinated the sale of Locomotiva (Alpargatas) to Grupo Brasfanta, acquisition of Serasa by Experian Plc., Acquisition of Interactiva Brasil by Grupo IMI Plc., among other transactions. He has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and a law degree from Universidade Mackenzie-SP.
