Mr. Sandovich is a Director of Z Capital and a member of the Private Equity Investment Team. Mr. Sandovich is a member of the Board of Directors for XRG Xperience Brands. Mr. Sandovich is responsible for research and analysis of existing and prospective portfolio company investments. Prior to joining Z Capital, Mr. Sandovich was with Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group where he was an Associate. At Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sandovich was responsible for the financial analysis, research, and other aspects of sellside and buyside mergers & acquisitions transactions, review of strategic alternatives, and debtor and creditor restructuring and distressed engagements. Mr. Sandovich analyzed and advised companies across a breadth of industries, including for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare, real estate, financial services, hospitality, consumer products, construction materials, and various other industries. Mr. Sandovich received his Bachelor of Science with highest distinction of honors in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
