Holds a BS in accounting and finance from the American University of Beirut, is a Delaware Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Gulf Venture Capital Association Founder and Partner of a private equity investment company in Dubai with assets under management in excess of $70 million. Over 10 years of audit, financial accounting and transaction services experience. Has worked in the audit & review practice of Deloitte & Touche for 3 years followed by 4 years of financial review assignments on the investments of the Abu Dhabi Government, through the arm of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and other investment vehicles. Conducted at senior level the review and valuations of the privatization program at the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority covering a structured financing of $1.8bn long term debt and 4 Joint Ventures with international IWPP operators.
