Steve Zollo is currently a senior member of Platinum’s Operations team. In this capacity, he is responsible for evaluation of target acquisitions and post-acquisition business strategy and operations for select Platinum portfolio companies. Mr. Zollo originally joined Platinum in 1999 as President of OnPoint LP, a Platinum Equity portfolio company. Prior to re-joining Platinum Equity in 2003, he was Corporate Vice President of Operations and Technology at Call_Solutions.com. Mr. Zollo has more than 30 years of technology-enabled customer service experience with public and privately held companies in the Outsourcing, Consumer Products and Travel Services industries, including a wide variety of senior executive positions in E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT at American Airlines and The SABRE Group. Additionally, Mr. Zollo was the Founder and President of Innovative Business Solutions, a corporate re-engineering and restructuring consulting firm. Mr. Zollo attended the Criminal Justice Undergraduate Program at SUNY Farmingdale. He also attended Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (Executive Financial Management) as well as the University of Michigan Business School (Strategies for Global Competition).
