Yann leads LDC’s team in London and is responsible for identifying and supporting ambitious management teams looking to grow their business with the backing of a private equity partner. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. During his 15 years at LDC, Yann has supported the growth of a broad range of businesses including Babble, Martin Audio, ByBox, Clifford Thames, Microlease, Property Software Group, Connect Managed Services, Airclaims and Ascend. He played an integral role in LDC’s 10-year partnership with Microlease and helped the management team to integrate six complementary businesses in the UK, US and Europe, grow revenues from £17million to more than £100million, and increase profits from £6million to £35million. He also continues to support businesses in the LDC portfolio through his role as a non-executive director at Onecom, Lucida Group, Equiom and Kerv having successfully led deals with these businesses. With more than 20 years’ investment experience, Yann’s work spans business services and technology, and his deals have included a mixture of management buyouts, secondary buyouts and development capital investments. Yann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business.
