Bio

Ms. Rao was the fourth investment professional to join ICV and worked as an Associate at ICV before attending Harvard Business School where she received her MBA degree prior to rejoining ICV. Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rao was in the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers in New York where she was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Ms. Rao holds a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
