Julie Eiermann is a managing director and the Firm’s Chief Data Officer. Julie joined the Firm in 1993 as Database Manager. She manages the Portfolio Analytics, Operational Due Diligence, and Enterprise Data Office teams. The Portfolio Analytics team of more than 30 professionals is responsible for the collection, tracking, analysis, performance calculation, meaurement and benchmarking of all investment data, including primary partnership, secondary, and direct co-investments. The Operational Due Diligence team is responsible for performing risk based operational assessments of the Firm’s general partners in which the Firm invests on a primary, secondary, and direct co-investment basis. Julie also oversees the Enterprise Data Office team which is responsible for the Firm’s enterprise-wide data strategy, data management, and data governance initiatives. These teams continue to expand in response to the growth in demand for information and transparency. Julie joined the Firm from Advent International Corporation, where she spent six years as an assistant manager of information systems. Julie received a BA from the University of New Hampshire in 1987.
