Bio

Tenno is a Managing Director in the New York office of H.I.G. Capital. Tenno has more than fifteen years of private equity experience investing across a number of industries in both mid-cap and large-cap companies. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and portfolio management. Tenno currently serves on the boards of several H.I.G. portfolio companies. Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2010, Tenno was a Principal at Warburg Pincus. Previously, Tenno was an Associate with AEA Investors and he began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Tenno received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
