Matt Hallgren joined Glencoe Capital in 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Hallgren was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Press Ganey Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PGND), a provider of data analytics for healthcare organizations. During his tenure, as Chief Financial Officer at Press Ganey, he completed an initial public offering in 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Hallgren was the Chief Accounting Officer at Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) where he was responsible for all internal and SEC reporting for global operations. He also previously worked at Boeing (NYSE: BA) in its technical accounting group where he supported the corporate development team for accounting matters related to acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally, Mr. Hallgren worked at both Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, where he provided audit and business advisory services to publicly traded and privately owned companies in the manufacturing and consumer products industries. Mr. Hallgren is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Augustana College.
