Founding member of GED. Vice Chairman of GED Group and responsible for the Iberian Funds. During 4 years he was member of the Board of the Spanish Venture Capital Association (ASCRI). Previously he was Managing Director of two companies,in the metal and food industries,Consultant for the Ministry of Industry. He was later Director in charge of Strategic Analysis and Turnarounds for the State owned Holding Group INI (SEPI): Capital Goods, Steel, Shipbuilding Defense, and Director of Technology and R&D Funds (products and processes): Aerospace, Electronics, Defense, Energy. Additionally, he was the founder and CEO of Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Company Gestlink (Active in M&A and Corporate Strategy for Industrial Groups), and Independent BoD Member of different companies in the logistics, energy, capital goods, chemicals, fertilizers, food, e-learning, lean manufacturing and engineering sectors. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain).
