Phillip co-founded Fulton Capital in 2003 and is a Managing Director of the firm. Phillip is currently a Director of Green Creative and Royal Pacific. Phillip was also a Director of Fulton Capital's prior investments, including E-conolight, Cobra Wire & Cable, NEPW Logistics, and Comtel Pro Media. Prior to Fulton Capital, Phillip worked at Glencoe Capital and Mercantile Equity Partners. In the beginning of his career, Phillip practiced law at the firms of Goldberg Kohn and Ballard Spahr, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Phillip has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, and a B.A. from Emory University.
