Jens Vasehus is among Denmark's most experienced business consultants. Jens is one of the founders of the management consultancy Implement Consulting Group. As a business consultant for many years, Jens has acquired a great deal of knowledge about a wide range of industries. Jens started his career importing clothes from Nepal and Indonesia alongside his studies as a civil engineer. He then worked as a consulting engineer before starting his career as a consultant in Mercuri International A/S in 1983. He then founded Implementeringsgruppen A/S in 1987, before together with Niels Ahrengot he founded and ran Implement Consulting Group as managing director from 1996 and then as chairman. Implement grew to become one of the Nordics' leading consultancies with over 500 employees in offices in the Nordics' largest cities as well as Zurich. In addition to the position as chairman of the board for Implement Consulting Group, Jens has held a number of other board positions, most of them in the capacity of chairman. These include a large number of consulting and service companies, including the software company Kraftvaerk, Rum Arkitekter and CostPartner A/S. In addition, Jens owns chocolate farms in Honduras and Guatemala, which he tends alongside his other investments. In 2014, Jens sold his remaining ownership in Implement and became an active investor and partner in Executive Capital.
