Mr. Tveit was formerly an Executive Advisor for BP Norway and Strategic Planning Director for Amoco’s efforts in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Mr. Tveit has significant experience of technical disciplines, including reservoir engineering, work-over and well interventions. Mr. Tveit was part of the core team in several investment evaluations and transactions during his career with BP including the Inam production sharing agreement in Azerbaijan, a license with approximately 1 billion barrels of recoverable oil.
