Charles is a Partner of Epiris and is responsible for leading investments. Since joining Epiris in 2005 he has led the Audiotonix, Nuaire, Kalle, and Diamorph investments and was also involved in the CALA and Davies transactions. Charles sits on the Management and Investment Committees. Before Epiris, he spent 12 years in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, focusing mainly on mid-market private equity transactions. Charles is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Economics from Bristol University. He is a keen sports fan, albeit now spends more time cheering from the sidelines than on the center of the pitch or fairway.
