Bio

J. Zachary (Zach) Kayem is a Managing Director of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2012, Mr. Kayem was part of the Corporate Finance team at SWS Group, where he focused on debt and equity raises and M&A advisory work in multiple industries. Mr. Kayem holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he focused on alternative asset management. He is a board member of Young Professionals in Energy – San Antonio, and serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Greenfield Midstream, Moda Midstream, Nuevo Midstream Dos and Stakeholder Midstream.
