Jean-François started his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co up until 1996. He worked with the DSP investment fund in Philadelphia (USA), then joined Vestar Capital Partners in Paris in 2001, where he assumed several positions before heading these offices until 2012. Jean-François participated in numerous operations at DSP’s and Vestar’s. More particularly, he lead investments in SAB Wabco (2002) and AZ Electronic Materials (2007). He was Member of the Board of SAB Wabco from 2002 to 2004 and of AZ Electronic Materials from 2007 to 2011, after its listing on the London Stock Exchange. Jean-François Félix is a graduate of HEC Paris and Harvard Business School (MBA). He is also a member of the SFAF (Société Française d’Analyse Financière – French Financial Analysis Society).
