Bio

Prior to founding Denargo, LLC, Mr. Pål Berg was a Principal Consultant in the Strategic Change Practice of Price Waterhouse LLP in Century City, California. During his six years with Price Waterhouse, he was responsible for advising senior client executives on merger integration, strategy, organization and operational improvement assignments. Clients included leading firms in the entertainment, retail, consumer products, professional services, telecommunication, pharmaceutical wholesale, and automotive industries. Mr. Berg has significant experience in implementing industry consolidation strategies, including ensuring the successful completion and integration of corporate mergers, providing buy-side evaluation and analysis of potential acquisition candidates for various clients, and identifying and structuring vendor consolidation strategies. In addition to his role as the Principal Consultant for the West Coast office, Mr. Berg was responsible for recruiting and managing the day-to-day operations of his 35 member team. Prior to joining Price Waterhouse, Mr. Berg's experience included management consulting with The Boston Consulting Group in Melbourne, Australia, and financial consulting and acquisition analysis with AUS Consultants in Moorestown, New Jersey. A native of Norway, Pål holds a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Pål is an owner of Denargo Capital.
