Bio

Eli Toby is a results-oriented, entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of success in start-up, turnaround and growth situations. His major strengths include strategic planning, implementation and development of small and mid-sized companies. As a member of the Dancap team, Eli provides specific expertise in corporate planning, reorganization, financing, structuring for new and ongoing businesses, asset and share purchases, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and advanced income-tax ruling requests. Eli brings 20 years of financial expertise to Dancap. Most recently, he was the principal of his own accounting firm, where he advised a diverse group of owner/operator and mid-sized businesses. Prior to this, Eli was with Anderson Quick and Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in taxation and assurance services. Eli serves on the boards of several community and government associations.
