Jérôme Alméras, CFO & Managing Partner, has 18 years of infrastructure project management and investment experience. Mr. Alméras joined the Manager in 2007, and has since then led Cube’s investments in the fields of renewable energy and waste-to-energy. In addition, since 2008, he has been the CFO of the Manager, overseeing its financial, legal, compliance and risk functions, and has been supervising the continuous implementation of new regulatory requirements. Mr. Alméras joined Natixis in 2003 to head the FIDEME Fund, a mezzanine fund dedicated to renewable energy projects in France. Prior to this, Mr. Alméras was with Suez Environment (1996-2003) where he held several operational responsibilities in the financial and development areas of the group before being appointed General Manager of projects companies in South Korea. Mr. Alméras holds a Master in Business Administration from Paris IX Dauphine University.
