Henri Piganeau, Managing Partner, has 28 years of infrastructure management and investment experience in concession projects. He joined the Manager in September 2007 and has, since then, actively participated in the structuring and fundraising of Cube, as well as led Cube’s investments and the management of its assets in the fields of communication infrastructure, renewable energy and environment. Mr. Piganeau was previously with Aéroports de Paris (ADP) where he held the position of Deputy General Manager of Engineering & Architecture. Mr. Piganeau joined ADP from SETEC, a leading French engineering firm, where he worked for two years as CEO. During this time, SETEC was involved in numerous infrastructure concession projects in France (among others, the prestigious Millau bridge, the A41 Motorway, and the A86 tunnel). From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Piganeau developed and managed various concession projects in the telecom industry for Vivendi, notably in Hungary, Morocco and Spain. Mr. Piganeau started his career in the French Ministry of Transportation and the County of Savoie for the preparation of the 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville. Mr. Piganeau is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Corps) and has a M.Sc. from Berkeley, USA.
