Senior partner and member of the Executive Committee of Crescera Investimentos, Mrs. Rodrigues co-heads the Consumer, Retail & Services platform of the Private Equity area. She joined the team 10 years ago. Prior to joining Crescera, she worked at Plural Capital in their private equity practice, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York advising financial sponsors in their investments in the US, and at Pacific Advisors in São Paulo investing in private equity and venture capital transactions. Mrs. Rodrigues holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with concentration in Private Equity and Real Estate, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EAESP-FGV). She serves as a Board Member for Hospital Vera Cruz, Hospital Care, Hospital São Lucas, Grupo Baía Sul, Vita Participações and Rede Oba Hortifruti, has served as Board Member and advisory committee member for Hortifruti. Mrs. Rodrigues also participates on the Estapar’s, Rede Oba’s and Hospital Care’s advisory committees. She is a member of the Public Policy Council at LAVCA and of the Latin American Counsel at EMPEA.
